Alisha Zinsmeister and Cristina Biehler have known each other for 16 years. After 3 years of being coworkers they discovered they had the same goals and dreams.

With a leap of faith they started elements salon spa retreat. 13 years later they have created an enjoyable atmosphere and powerful team. They all love to have fun while working hard on their art. The team might be creatively different but their objective is all the same. They all want their guests to leave feeling better than when they arrived.
