24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your reservation just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any reservation, please provide us with a 24-hour notice. This way our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up. 

 

However if last minute cancellations are recurring or you no-show a reservation, it will result in a charge equal to $50 of reserved appointment. We require the fee be paid in full in order to make any further reservations.

 

As a courtesy, we do call, text and/or email to confirm date and time at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If we are unable to reach you and only leave you a message, or cannot reach out at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember our reservation dates and times in order to avoid fees.

You are always welcome to call and double check any reservation if you are unsure.
