24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your reservation just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any reservation, please provide us with a 24-hour notice. This way our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up. 

 

If the cancelation falls within less than a 24 hour window, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file 50% of your reserved service. No Show will result in 100% charge of scheduled service.

 

As a courtesy, we do call, text and/or email to confirm date and time at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If we are unable to reach you and only leave you a message, or cannot reach out at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember our reservation dates and times in order to avoid fees.

Women's Haircuts $60

Lash Fills, Body Waxing & Pedicures will be an additional $10 from menu prices

Manicures will be an additional $5 from menu prices
