If you have any concerns or are unhappy with your service provided, please contact elements within 7 days so we can assess and make any adjustments to ensure your happiness.

PRODUCT RETURNS

  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase for exchange or product credit.

  • Opened products may be exchanged if the product is defective and is more than 50% full.  You are able to exchange products for the same product or a product of equal or lesser value.

  • Products may also be exchanged if you are experiencing an adverse reaction.

  • All Makeup sales are final unless the product is defective.

  • Please call before any returns or exchanges so we can assure the product is available and/or someone is available to assess any adverse reactions.
